Glen Acres Owners’ Association is a residential community consisting of 191 single-family homes offering neighborhood parks, playgrounds, walking trails and two sports courts. Glen Acres is located in beautiful Lake Stevens, Washington.

HOA Meetings Come join us for our virtual HOA meetings! We’ll share our neighborhood news, current and proposed neighborhood projects and what the Association Board is currently working on. Please email us your request to attend no later than 7 days prior to the meeting date. Our current meeting minutes are available upon request. Additionally, our past meeting minutes have been posted to our website.

*August 9th, 2021: Our sports courts located on 83rd Dr. and 3rd Street are closed for fencing replacement. Work is scheduled to begin the week of August 9th,2021. Please do not enter these areas until further notice, thank you.
*All playgrounds are currently closed until the restoration funds become available.
* Trees: If you see any tree that is leaning,fallen, dicolored, with bare branches or seems unhealthy, please reach out to us immediately for inspection.
*Street Parking Reminders: Overnight street parking (dusk-dawn) is prohibited within Glen Acres. Please be aware of the posted ” no parking signs” throughout our neighborhood as well. Additionally, no oversized vehicles, RV’s, Trailers, Campers or Boats are allowed on our streets or lots at anytime. Please park these vehicles off-site. *Annual Dues: HOA dues are due by January 1st of each year and considered delinquent as of January 16th. Annual invoices are sent out in November for the following years dues.
